Postage details and shipping times: All items will be posted within 3 working days of cleared payment being received an email will be sent on day of shipping to advise that the item has been sent. We use Royal Mail as our principle means of shipping, they will not attempt to track an item until 10 working days have passed, however please contact us after 5 working days if an item has not been delivered. If a courier is used we will advise you by email.
Descriptions: are always as accurate as possible please read them carefully before buying.
Measurements: are to the nearest half inch or centimetre and are taken at the widest/largest point on the item
Pictures: are taken using a high resolution camera, the colour portrayed should be a good representation but please be aware that the light and your own computer settings can alter the resolution and this should be taken into account.
Returns: If an item is broken or damaged it we will replace it free of charge. Returns for other reasons must be notified within 3 working days and returned within 7 days for a refund less P & P costs (both ways) incurred.
